3 Ways to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

How often do you think that the person who’s holding you back is you? The mind is a powerful tool, and many of us tend to underestimate its strength and ingenuity.

Too many of us are straying from the practice of looking inwards and harmonizing the rhythms of our body and soul using our cognition.

Are you aware of the homeostatic impulse in the subconscious mind

It helps achieve homeostasis by regulating body temperature, heartbeat, and breathing rate.

Moreover, this subconscious power extends beyond the physical self and also impacts your pre-existing beliefs and determines your comfort zone.

Here are some ways to reprogram the subconscious so you can focus on seeking true happiness.

Work on improving your ability to visualize

Some of us are visual thinkers, but almost all of us have a subconscious mind that is more receptive to imagery. Visualization is a great tool to help you envision positive scenarios.

Whether it’s a wholesome relationship or your dream home, make sure you focus on positive feelings so you can successfully reimagine any negative emotions and doubts.

Practice daily affirmations

Affirmations are verbal reminders that remind you to be positive about the way you perceive yourself. Some things you should keep in mind with affirmations include:

Practice framing them in the present, such as “I am confident and creative” as opposed to “I will be confident and creative.”

Focus only on the positive and avoid saying things like “I am not a disappointment,” because the subconscious doesn’t process negatives. Instead, you could try saying, “I am proud of myself and my journey.”

Make sure you feel what you’re saying and avoid sending mixed signals to your subconscious.

Consider hypnosis

Hypnosis can help you tune the frequencies in your brain to help you get into a more receptive state quickly. This is the best way to transmit more positive thoughts to your subconscious mind.

Hypnosis can intercept the deeper levels of your subconscious mind, whether that’s for positive affirmations or ways to manage your anxiety and slow down your thoughts is up to you.
